Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items. We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure your items arrive safely and affordably.

Shipping Origin We are a family-owned business based in Orlando, FL. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Damages & Issues Our statues are packed with extreme care using shatter-proof materials. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@intedomine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
